Just wondering if anyone happens to have a midi file for Eternal Bond in FE10? I tried looking through the repo but sadly couldn’t find it. But I really love it and wish could use it in my own rom hack.
Or maybe someone could point me to somewhere for converting the music into a midi file so I can try out myself. Some guide said the online converter doesn’t work here.
Files are in his drive.
Indeed, the Music Repo is pretty disused. I submitted the FE5 main theme a year or two ago and it still hasn’t been added. Some tracks aren’t even correctly organized, for example a file called “FE2 Boss” is not in the Fire Emblem folder but in the creator’s folder.
I’ve never uploaded anything to the repo, so I’m still figuring out where to place files. Do they go in the root of the Google Drive link provided?
The only songs I have to provide are my work on Shantaemblem and the Divine Fragments. The ost is mostly done, so should I just wait until it’s complete to upload everything at once?
Also, the arrangements range from faithful conversions of Shantae themes to mashups with FE themes and even some original songs. So for naming the files, should I just make the source Shantaemblem and the title whatever it’ll be for the hack?
As far as I’m aware, the music repository hasn’t been active in years, and no one uploads anything here anymore. People usually just upload music on the main repository thread or make their own threads and post their music there.
It is up to you as to when you want to upload the ost. I would do whatever you think would grab the most attention to your work I suppose.
Since the specific music repository is no longer active, you can name the files however you want. I just name my .s files using the traditional format though:
Game Title - “Song Title” {Username}
If the game is from a FE game, then I just use FE1, FE2, FE3, etc. But again, there no longer is any actual format.
