Is it possible to add or change Instrument Samples?

Hello Cactus here with a odd question regarding music.

Can I change the entire samples used in FE8 for other samples of games like N64 or DS instruments?

As far as I know, I can import and export the WAV data of the instruments in FEBuilder.
