Got a pretty big devlog for today! #5 and counting!
This week is Turn-Based Thursday fest, of which we’ve had the honor of making an appearance at! So, here are the broad strokes:
- We’re formally unveiling Grayson Brannigan and Grover, who will be playable in the Arc 1 Alpha/Beta!
- The game is getting upscaled, higher definition map graphics! (The old style will still be selectable for those who prefer it that way)
- We are starting Arc 1’s alpha testing on 6/27!
Looking forward to showing more of the game as alpha testing gets underway!

Hey everyone, it’s been a while, but I’m happy to share a sneak peek of Stratagem Lost’s Arc 1 Beta!
On August 22nd, 2025, we’ll be releasing Stratagem Lost’s Arc 1 Beta to our Kickstarter backers, containing 10 chapters with full story content, as well as over 10 playable characters!
For those who are interested in trying the game, we’ll also be updating the game’s Steam demo to include the first 5 chapters!
