If I had to guess, and this is a guess, maybe it’s because the palettes were made FOR Bone and Bazba as their ACTUAL palettes, but the game’s coding didn’t function properly, so it just gives them an enemy palette to compensate :upside_down_face:

i have an suggestion. grab a bunch of bored people and make 1 fire emblem chapter and throw whatever at it.
