Your spelling and the personality in your text are both excellent! I just couldn’t read the full wall because your syntax, which is very difficult to learn to native level for what it’s worth, was very much “Guys I speak a Romance language.”
If you do get around to making your thing, I suggest getting an editor 
there’s very little substantially that needs work, just cleaning up.
I’d suggest looking at a greater variety of romhacks! DLatMoL is well-beloved for good reason, but there’s so much more variety now and some of it is even strictly better in most regards. The world of fangames is vast.
Make sure to check Getting Started! You can more or less jump directly in using the references therein.
Since you’re completely fresh, I suggest first picking either FEBuilderGBA or Lex Talionis as your main driver, because if you decide switch over as a novice it’s going to feel really weird for a while.
Re: pixel art; you kinda have to put your nose to the grindstone for like 10+ years. If you approach it analytically you’re guaranteed progress, even if it’s slow. I suggest splicing f2e portraits if you need quick but lively and unique looking portraits.
