Malkis and Devon no longer promo without the correct items. Lunar seal and Solar seal. Thinking of getting rid of the split chapters for now and making Malkis a permanent unit on the team.
Devon will get a custom weapon a sword named Fang, this sword will heal you upon attacking an enemy. Malkis gets a custom lance named Draupnir, it will operate like a brave weapon, and give priority to finishing all 4 attacks before your opponent even gets 1 in.
Been slowly revamping all the maps with monsters and changing them all to actual human enemies. Working on redoing maps, and doing custom dialogue and supports.

I have played your demo for the first 5 chapters and I would agree with @IcicleDisaster that - if your current developed version alligns with the same standard as the demo - needs way more polishing.
The enemies are too weak in normal dificulty, the player outscales them too fast right now with the ammount of units, skills and items and the overall stats items you get for free.
Your story is mixed with the vanilla one making it hard to follow, I thus would say you should start to concentrate on the first 3 chapters to give the playtester some interest to follow your Hack to play.
I like the use of custom animatons for example the lancer one and of course the use of custom portraits. The repo has some custom map palettes which would give your hack an additional unique look.

Hey everyone! I have been working hard. Game is coming along nicely. Currently about 50% done with what i want. This demo Iām linking is for testing up to Ch6. Please let me know what you think, where i need to improve and what you would like to see.
