I need another Monster before my Mandate of Heaven stacks run out, my vote is yours until I read
As someone who read this that’s cool and all but I ain’t voting unless you agree to also let Rye and Ru run the show so we can have a council behind fee3 for the first time
Also, vtuber models or bust I don’t make the rules wwwww
Alright then, so we’re all going to publically put our names out there?
Fine. I, Darrman, put my name forward in this thread that is approximately zero percent serious.
My prior experience includes having been an entrant every year since 2016, organising the MARTH and CELICA contests, being a moderator, and having made way too many hacks of dubious quality.
My FEE3 would have extensive quality checks, the details I will not go into because political campaigns are meant to be vague. This would reduce the burden on organisation.
I would run on a no-reskin full stop policy. Loopholes would be present for the Unexpected Callers of this world and to cover myself because I reuse a lot of canon maps in War of Lovers.
Being in the position I am, I would be a safe pair of hands according to myself. However, I will also promise change because that’s more appealing on a poster.
More romhacks. More fangames. More animations. More ill-defined cool stuff. More quality.
No reskins. No FE6 rebalances. No PMEs. No shorts. No drama.
Vote Darrman FEE3 2025.
This post is not endorsed by Fire Emblem Universe as an organisation.
Hosting will not be determined democratically. Unless Cam decides to, anyway.
To end this silly post, have a Super Hit Post Contest screenshot.
Shadow Devs, FEE3 Council, or just 8-bit RPG characters?
I am Sphealnuke and I would like to throw my hat in the ring for running FEE3 2025.
I entered FEE3 years 2020-2022 with my now finished hack Shackled Power, and did an animation showcase for 2024. I have been on the previous years vetting videos.
I promise strict checks on quality for submissions and more organized theme days for the schedule. I would find myself enforcing rules pretty strictly considering how I help run a discord server.
I don’t mind getting my hands dirty and addressing criticisms. I’ll be willing to communicate on all aspects and be a good team player.
I respect quality, give no fucks, and will block all negativity with my big hairy chest.
Hit me with it, FEU.
My name is Ciaran ‘Parrhesia’ Surname and I was worried I’d have to step forward if nobody else wanted to do it, so thanks to all the saps who are willing to take the bullet instead
metaphor spoiler?
I mean ill def vote for you but the guy entering his own contest didnt work out in metaphor…
My name is Gultykappa, also known as Kappa, also known as Lily, and I’d seriously throw my hat into the ring as well for the FEE3 2025 host.
I’ve been around the in the community for around 5-6 years now, but as of late I’m a lot more interactive.
As some of you may know, I run Archanea Monthly, a platform specifically designed for highlighting projects for all to see, so you know my heart is already in it for the community and I believe that the community needs a unifying event that FEE3 could serve as. And you know just how borderline manically meticulous I am with trying to hold everything to a standard of quality. Plus how willing I am to work with people.
As for what I’d say is allowed, it should be something transformative at least, with an example being Vesly’s self randomizer for FE8. Or it has to overhaul the existing material, such as Sacred Stones Reforged. Things such as rebalances wouldn’t be considered “transformative” because of the lack of significant change to the experience. Though, I believe this is a case by case basis for some of the less obvious projects that ride the line.
And finally, I’ll usher a return to good old traditional FEE3 values by promising a “Welcome to FEE3” video before the event just like they used to.
Everyone under one universe!
Hello everyone it is I Hatsuru, also known as Ru. I am placing myself on the list on candidates who will inevitably run FEE3 2025. It is my great pleasure to discuss why nominating Hatsuru will be beneficial to FEE3 and likely other things in the near future.
Why Ru?
I have been in this community for a little under 4 years. I am probably a “baby” in the community in the eyes of many. However, my new outlook on improving and SAVING fee3 hinders on a new perspective of maintenence while also applying new ideals. I am able to flex my role if needed to accomodate other people in the team. You can count on me to order and to produce results effectively regardless of the cards on the table.
Policies
Behold, my six points to SAVE fee3.
-
Maintain the status quo on general rules.
-
Present new ways to enable FEE3 to go beyond our corner
-
Hardline policy on PMEs, Rebalances, and Translations
-
Implement new ways for creators to get ENGAGED with the community
-
More mini events than just video format
-
Transparency
Commentary on the Six Points
-
While not spoiling too much of my second point, I will be attempting to REVIVE the FEU channel to produce hack content.
-
I acknowledge that there may be some fringe cases in point 3, to which I say no. Rules are rules, and they must be followed.
Unless said rules are amended -
Longform videos or trailers can become draining after a few days. Which is why implementing other ways to introduce ENGAGEMENT is vital for the event’s performance as a whole
If any of these 6 points had you say “true”, then why wait? Vote for Hatsuru for FEE3 2025 Director!
Omg so true

In a shocking turn of events… I nominate myself to… cohost with the @BigMood themselves!
FEE3 2025 PROPOSAL
CO-ORGANIZER POSITION FOR FEE3
Why I’m Running to Co-Organize FEE3
Introduction
FEE3 has had a profound impact on the Fire Emblem hacking community. Without it, FEU and the creativity we see today wouldn’t exist in the way it does now. This event has been a cornerstone of showcasing talent, fostering connections, and inspiring growth. We owe so much to those who’ve taken on the monumental task of organizing FEE3 in the past.
I recognize that leading FEE3 is no small feat, but I firmly believe that collaboration can make the process smoother and even more impactful. By co-running this event, I hope to bring my unique perspective, passion, and dedication to support the community and ensure FEE3 continues to grow and thrive.
What Are My Qualifications?
While I may not be the most famous or revered member of the community, I bring a genuine passion for supporting creators and uplifting their work. My experience organizing events, such as the first-ever FEU Awards Show alongside Trikki Nikki, demonstrates my commitment to celebrating the achievements of this community.
The FEU Awards have given me a deep appreciation for the time and effort it takes to run large-scale events. Co-organizing something as impactful as FEE3 feels like the natural next step for me. I’m confident that by working with an experienced partner, we can create an event that surpasses expectations and brings even more energy and attention to the Fire Emblem hacking scene.
My Vision for FEE3
For the summer of 2025 (exact dates TBD), I propose transforming FEE3 into a week-long event that blends live-streamed premieres with traditional showcase uploads. This structure offers a polished, professional experience that appeals to both long-time fans and new viewers.
By working alongside another organizer, we can divide responsibilities, share creative ideas, and ensure that every detail—big or small—is handled effectively. Together, we can refine this vision and execute it to perfection.
Why Should We Adopt This Format?
1. Increased Viewership Through Streamlined Content
- A week-long event creates urgency and excitement, as viewers no longer have to follow sporadic uploads spread across several weeks.
- Grouping trailers and short-form content into high-energy live streams encourages more people to tune in at once, driving engagement and participation.
- A structured schedule ensures fans stay connected and don’t lose interest.
2. Easier for Casual and New Viewers to Participate
- For newcomers or casual fans, the format feels less overwhelming. Instead of navigating dozens of individual uploads, they can tune into live streams or watch replays.
- The first two days will focus on short, visually captivating trailers, serving as a perfect “entry point” for newer audiences to discover the event and its projects.
3. Harnessing the Power of Live Streaming
- Live-streamed events create urgency: People don’t want to miss out on the excitement happening in real time.
- Watching live fosters a sense of community, with viewers sharing reactions and excitement together.
- Archived streams and individual uploads provide flexibility for those who can’t attend live.
4. Better Algorithm Performance
- YouTube prioritizes live events and scheduled premieres, increasing the chances of FEE3 content being featured in recommendations or trending sections.
- The excitement from high-energy trailers early in the event drives initial viewership, benefiting the rest of the week.
- A structured schedule ensures FEE3 content reaches audiences outside the Fire Emblem hacking niche.
5. Maximizing Engagement With Short-Form Content
- Trailers are more digestible for casual viewers and newcomers who may not commit to watching full-length showcases.
- Starting the event with an exciting collection of trailers hooks viewers, making them eager to stick around for more in-depth content.
6. Driving Word-of-Mouth and Hype
- A tightly packed, week-long schedule creates buzz and anticipation, with each day offering something new to look forward to.
- Social media and forums light up with discussions about the live streams, drawing in even more viewers.
7. Engaging Larger Audiences With Commentary and Discussion
- Involving popular FEtubers for post-mortem streams and commentary not only adds variety but brings in their audiences, further expanding FEE3’s reach.
- Commentary provides context to each showcase, making it easier for newer viewers to understand and appreciate the projects.
8. Showcasing Variety Without Overwhelm
- A structured format makes it easier for viewers to explore a variety of projects without feeling lost or overloaded.
- Every project gets its time to shine without risking audience fatigue.
Why This Format Means More Views
- Immediate Engagement: Live streams generate excitement and participation in real time.
- Shareable Content: Highlights, trailers, and commentary are perfect for sharing on social media, attracting even more viewers.
- Algorithm Boost: YouTube prioritizes live content and premieres, increasing discoverability.
- Long-Tail Viewership: Archived streams and individual uploads allow people to enjoy FEE3 at their own pace, extending the event’s reach long after it concludes.
Why Co-Running Is the Best Approach
By working alongside an experienced co-organizer, we can combine our strengths and experiences to deliver an exceptional event. Dividing responsibilities ensures every aspect of the event is given the attention it deserves, from technical details to community engagement. Collaboration also opens the door for fresh ideas and innovative approaches, ensuring FEE3 continues to evolve and adapt to the needs of the community.
Conclusion
Co-running FEE3 would allow us to create an event that is not only exciting and polished but also inclusive and far-reaching. Together, we can ensure FEE3 remains a cornerstone of the Fire Emblem hacking community while growing its appeal to new audiences.
Thank you for considering my candidacy. Let’s make FEE3 2025 the best one yet—together!
