I’ve added Headhunter. It’s just a reskinned hero with more axe rank. Honestly I might have to cut the class and item section from the post because I can’t keep track of every single edit.
I might work on a spreadsheet to accurately chart the classes and the items because there’s a metric ton of unique inclusions.
I mean id just put the characters made for Erika into the Ephraim slots unless you plan on the player doing both routes/getting different units for each route

Cormag (if still an enemy recruitment) is placed on the arena. Otherwise, ignore this.
Duessel’s squad will move off of their starting positions to attack enemies. You can decide if Duessel will too.
Turn 2:
The chapter boss and some matching enemies come out of the house.
The boss doesn’t move, but the enemies do.
Turn 3:
The map is changed to the unsunk version,
a silver sword myrmidon spawns from both forts.
Turn 4:
The boss begins to move.
Turn 5:
2 silver lance cavaliers from the northwest corner of the map,
5 cavaliers with steel weapons from the player’s starting position,
Turn 6:
Warn the player about the tide coming back in.
4 pirates from the south of the map.
more enemies spawn from the boss house.
Turn 7:
2 paladins from the player’s starting position
1 great knight with a silver axe and a steel lance from the northwest.
At the start of the enemy phase, the map is changed to the sunk version.

An enemy boat (fleet) arrives next to the fleet at the stairs on the left.
2 elthunder sages from the boat.
2 physic troubadours from the boat.
Turn 10:
Another boat arrives next to the boat at the stairs on the right.
2 Spear Halberdiers from the boat.
2 Javelin Soldiers from the boat.
I replaced two of the houses with visitable houses to match the original map. One of them is the boss’s house and another is a house next to the weapon shop.
I’ve already recreated the maps using your posted images so that’s fine.
