Libera and Crimson Fragment accidentally pierce defenses.
@Ihavedepression21, you can keep them as is if you wish, but I’m going to remove the defense-piercing effect otherwise. I could buff Crimson Fragment to its original stats if so.
Thats why they dealt so much damage. Crimson fragments give it 10mt and 20%crit libera is fine as it is

Considering how few map submissions I’m getting, I’m going to be editing the remaining map slots myself (unless anyone wants to submit one themselves).
I haven’t touched Taizel yet, but I’m cooking up a concept for it that’s faithful to this idea as the vanilla map is pretty dull ![]()

It’s hard to make a map plus am busy with other stuff.
I’ve evented two maps: Chapter 12b and Chapter 19.
Spoilers for those maps abound.
Chapter 12b

Similar to vanilla Taizel, but sideways ![]()
The parties are split, 6 on each side. A villager accompanies each side and they must both be escorted to an inn tile to the northeast. They can be rescued for convenience.
Yuri and Emblem Ike spawn about where they do in vanilla FE8. Yuri will charge you once you approach him instead of sitting around.
Though killing Ike is impossible before he leaves, I’ll make it so he drops Laguz Friend anyway.
The docks will have reinforcements later on to incentivize moving forward. Pirates will spawn to the east, targeting the red houses.
Figard spawns near the door. Once Pellia is recruited, one of his allies will unlock the door and his squad will charge you.
Chapter 19

Mansel spawns at the center alongside the players. Enemies are located closer to him and the guards are heavily buffed.
Fliers can traverse the fence near the throne. Enemy wyvern knights will rush the throne later in the map.
Of course, as customary for a defense map there are a bunch of goodies to get. Both rogues drop books and there are seven chests with loot inside.
The secret shop is located in the northernmost chamber, nestled between the chests and the exit staircase.

You say secret shop but in what i could play in my playthrough (all the way to the desert map. Couldn’t go further as the game broke. Old patch yk) i didn’t see a single member card. How are you supposed to go to a secret shop if a member card doesn’t exist lmao
Member cards aren’t required for secret shops.

Considering the absurd amount of custom units, classes, and items submitted, I’m satisfied with how this PME turned out, even if not everything was replaced.
