Yeah, this bug should be fixed now! There’s also a new patch coming soon-ish that has a complete reworking on the skills. Less reliance of Rally and Aura skills. Had a lot of help from @HouseHawk with that! I’m currently playtesting it to make sure it’s not horridly unbalanced lol But you can expect that soon!
Love the idea, the problem is that Myrrh joins so late anyway that there’s not much point.
(iam saying this haft blind i get to cormag map and reseted to start on madening so and sorry for bad english)I mean you can make her join after selena chapter (if this not happening alerady (make Selena drop dragon stone and if she has some drop give this item to some other enemy ) and drop those dragon stones to paraloges (this way you can use her there without fear of myrth running out of stones to use becuse you use her on paraloges)
If you are planning on removing rallies and auras entierly, you might as well start buffing some of the unit’s bases especially some of
the prepromotes.
Most of the prepromotes ig. They aren’t bad but most of them rely upon rallies, drive stats and the spur stat. For example, Helios is an interesting unit as a dark knight but his bases are kinda low once the promoted scrubs start to show up, he’s probably the best dark knight tho, Knoll has relatively worse strength which will be on par with Helios if he drinks the whey protein Helios gives him in their conversation . Gerik, combatwise kinda falls off without a speedwing post route split or two and his weapon ranks are kinda low for a prepromote imo but they are fairly easy to raise since he has the con to wield the baldes and the steel axes and the blades. Garcia is kinda like a jeigan which is fine ig. Eddie is great in the route split but kinda falls off post route split too, he also has rally speed which is nice, the two berserkers Ahab and Dozla while Dozla has decent bases and will eventually get Axefaith. He doesn’t gain much exp during the route split chapters and Andrew might be better than him on most stats especially if you use the paragon band. Ahab atleast gets rally strength while Dozla doesn’t get any rallies. So far, Ig Glen has low speed but he has decent stats in most areas except luck and res but I heard that he gets a promo after a few chapters maybe that’ll change some stuff. It’s not related to the topic but Eirika probably needs a decent magic growth or a base if you intend to give her light tomes.
Ig if you intend that certain units might need to fall off that’s fine ig but here’s my thoughts on the prepromotes. I haven’t got Selena yet so I’ll probably comment on her later and if Fado is alive and recruitable. I’ll try getting him and see how his stats hold up.
Here’s an idea for an addition to the game; a point blank band that gives point blank when you have the band in your inventory. The bands/rings have a lot of potential because you can make any skill into a band or ring and have it work well.
Gerik has been reverted back to how he is in vanilla as unpromoted with the hero crest so he has room to grow + arena train him on the map he joins if the player chooses to and so he isn’t hero locked either. Also a lot of characters have lost rallies/spurs etc as personals and or just in the class skill set and got new things and/or they’ve been repurposed.
The secret shop in Last Hope is in its vanilla location. There’s a secret shop in Paralogue 1 on the forest tile in between the mountains and in 28x in the forest tile on the lower left corner.
I thought about that, but I feel like it would make archers/snipers too good lol

Hero and Ranger like vanilla, and then Mage Knight as a third promo option. Mercs kinda got the short end of the stick as there really wasn’t another sword-using class that I felt fit the promo path haha
