The genderlock on classes only really is a pseudo thing.
You could just load someone that’s supposed to be male as a Pegasus Knight. The question then is will there be custom animations or are you fine with having the normal animations.
Setting soldier to promote to General is easy. Would depend if OP wants to change that though.
Also regarding that this has kinda slowed down, I’d like to suggest to allow a second character per person just to fill out the remaining slots and get this finally going.
(I think I could also ask some friends if they want to make a unit.)
