I somewhat agree with your chara ratings (suisei technically can crit stack with supports but whatever) but I have one major disagreement: i would say Akirose is actually very good, if you rush her to promo asap (she joins at level 8 so basically very close) she more or less becomes choco but with 1 more movement and actual hitrates because of insight, while possessing crit rate on PP because of death blow.
She also gains lance wexp fast enough that she is the most realistic target to hit S lances by the time you get the S rank lance which gives her a way to ohko monsters (since you promote her by chapter 7 start which puts her at B and then you have like 8 chapters to get to S). All you really need is like idk half a chapter of babying on her join map which is a defend and she’s basically set for the rest of the game. She can also use shit like killer lance or spears that choco doesnt get access to for a long while unless she doesnt use her 0 wexp scythe.
Fun fact: insight’s hit rate bonus applies after capture penalties iirc so you can actually get like very accurate captures using akirose (see below of Aki capturing a troubadour in ch 8 on my 0% run)
Fwiw, this troubadour carries a sleep staff which is super annoying to deal with, but wyvern knight Aki can pull 80 hit capture on her so you can easily nick the sleep staff for yourself. Choco has like -30 hit on this troubadour in comparison + Aki has the movement to afford staying out of the troubadour’s range while Choco can’t do that.
