Hello, everyone! It’s time for the monthly update!
I was hoping to have the patch ready for this update, but after Thanksgiving, I ran into some very serious personal life trouble, which thankfully looks to be resolved for now, that ate up all my time… as such, the current state of the patch is as follows:
- Selphina’s mugs need tweaking
Because the patch in theory could otherwise be released (though I am waiting for some more playtesters to finish their runs), I’m debating whether to release the patch in its current state since it is just a long demo at the end of the day. As such, please vote as you’d like in the following poll:
Release patch?
- Release patch with above known bugs and issues
- Wait until they are resolved

Please note that I likely won’t be able to do much more work on the hack over the next few days.
Monthly update: Haven’t been able to do much work on the bugs as I’ve been busy. The patch will be released ASAP.
Monthly update part 2: Testing for final version of next patch has begun. If no major bugs are found, expect the next patch soonish (probably in a week or two)

Same. Tried to patch an FE8 ROM, but I keep getting a patching error.

Looks like I may have used the wrong FE8 base for the patch. It should be fixed now.

BTW, small questions, what happens with the equipped items you lose after Chapter 3? Are they gone forever? I made the mistake to start Chapter 4 without removing the items because I wanted to see what happened and I forgot to check the rest of the thread xD
Edit: I decide to keep playing to Chapter 5, I can’t help but notice that Moore and Rinecock appear to have the descriptions mixed up, Moore’s description makes reference to his responsability in Leonster, and Rinecock’s mentions foreigner magic, but is suppose to be the other way.

The items should be in your supply.
That’s a bug I thought I fixed when it comes to the descriptions. Guess not…
