Hello, Pandan, I’ve recently finished the hack, and I wanted to just write out what I thought.
Let me just say this hack has really touched my heart. When I first got into playing this hack in August, I just thought it would be a fun way to pass the time. But these characters you’ve written have found a special place in me, like Helga, Titus, Sigrid, and honestly the whole cast. I think the story and characters are written phenomenally, and I’d totally wanna be friends with all of them in real life. I love how they all seem like real people instead of blank slates with 3 character traits slapped on them, it definitely helped me be more engaged in the story.
Speaking of the story. I really loved it. The way every region of the continent was explained at some point, and how everything is generally fleshed out really helped build this world in my mind. It felt like everything was just real, just like the characters. Simply because of this I am totally into the idea of a sequel, especially with how the ending potentially sets up one. Although, I know how…long and arduous (and simply evil) hacking is, considering I’ve been making one for a few months at this point. That’s all I have to say story-wise.
The maps in this hack are honestly amazing. I almost never felt bored while playing, whether it be because of side objectives and the like, or just good enemy placement. The map design is also great, I never felt that anything was too cramped or too large (besides 4-6…that killed me), all of the maps also had a connection to the story, which I loved (like escape instead of just kill boss, or something). The gameplay is also very neat. I loved the way you balanced the game into more player phase oriented instead of just sticking someone into a group of enemies and waiting for enemy phase (I am guilty of this, however…it’s not my fault my Larisa was god-tier).
(As a side note, I am very into the music choices in this hack.)
All in all, this game is a blast to play, and the experience of playing it will never leave me. I feel as if your hack is honestly better than half of the actual series, I’ve never felt this way for an actual FE. Plus, I’ve already got my partner playing this by simply showing them an image of Sigrid. Anyways, thank you for making this amazing hack. I’ll never forgive you for making me cry about Bromhilda’s circumstances, though. That’s all I have to say, so again, thank you.

I hate to be that guy, but I am not sure how any of this ROM hacking/emulating works but I love Fire Emblem and wanna get on board with this whole thing. I really wish to play your hack and have heard great things. Does this require a seperate emulator application to play, if so what is the recommendation for something like that? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask something like this as well, if it is feel free to flame me.

Hey there - you’ll need to download an emulator like mGBA or VBA (virtualboy advance). You’ll need to obtain a ROM of FE8 (US) and patch it with the UPS file using a patching tool like NUPS.
I’d recommend searching the forums for more precise instructions, but I hope this is helpful.

Hello, is there a way to see all of the paired endings? I am a sucker for supports and for the story of the characters and for their happy/bittersweet endings. And I would like to replay the game with my personal perfect ending. Was a little sad with my now ending especially for Storch 
Or if there isn’t a list, could you recommend your favorite pairings so I might test them?

Hi Haras,
yes - you can open up the ROM in FEbuilder and see each of the endings in the “character endings” section.
The “Best” endings really depend on your perspective. I’d recommend reviewing and choosing for yourself. I will warn you though, the majority of paired endings are sad.
