It can also use magic but to make it fair to the other participants you can just give her a staff rank when she promotes. Also it doesn’t have traditional magic ranks as it puts all offensive magic into black magic and status/healing and other staff are under white magic.

I apologize for the confusion! I imagined Spur Strength being a sort of 2nd personal skill (Being learned when he was unpromoted I suppose. (I forgot to ask if that was allowed, whoops! 
) I just wanted to specify the promoted bit since it would look a little weird having two level 10 skills. I admit I messed up the phrasing a bit, I hope that explains it better!

Make Hammerne & Warp replicate their FE1 versions (i.e Neither give WEXP, Warp is C-Rank with 7 uses and gives +99 Mag when equipped to bootleg replicate the infinite range, and Hammerne has 12 uses but is Lena’s PRF).
A Cleric who is entirely useless at combat (unless Bishop promo gains are amazing) but gives you cracked early Warp/Hammerne access (the latter which can’t be replicated so you have a reason not to bench her lategame).

Unfortunately the Skill system doesn’t have this skill.
Giving Lena A rank is not problem for me, but I will not be changing the Warp and Hammerne staff to this. I’d suggest giving Lena actual growth rates so she can he useful. I wouldn’t be against am infinite warp staff, despite how broken that would be it’d still be pretty fun.
Disappointing but understandable.
Does the Skill System have Shove? I kind of went for “generic Cleric/Troubador Skills” since Archanea doesn’t have Skills, and Shove would work for a Cleric to replace Healtouch.
She can have her FE3 growths instead of FE1 growths:

Maybe SD Hammerne could be a separate PRF Staff than FE8 Hammerne replacing any unused items? So that Hammerne’s not locked out of other Clerics but also then you can’t just give the good Staves to another Cleric and immediately bench Lena. If that’s too much I understand, but her having that niche would be nice if possible.
I don’t know how to make Palletes, I only know how to insert them.
I don’t know how to make custom perfs and I don’t believe locking a staff like that to one unit would be good. I’d say it’s best to use the 380% growth total to make Lena competent instead of her only use being staffs which the player immediately already has with Zoey.

Clerics together strong! Would be dope if she will be easily able to support with my Zoey so there is a battle cleric and an utility cleric both promoted late game.

I think since Zoey replaces Moulder, Lena is her fastest support, so that works out really well lol
