Hello Everyone! Thank you for the suggestions so far. I am updating (and reminding people of) the rules as of now and will update them above.
Firstly, I am limiting it to 5 characters per person (for now) and 2 unique weapon per person across all characters. When it comes to unique weapons I will be posting changes I have made to them in the original post.
Secondly, I will be limiting promotion items, stat boosters, and gems to one per character. So for example, if your character comes with a blue gem, they cannot come with any promotion items, stat boosters, or other gems. I may also remove some promotion items from characters just because I’ve had almost every suggestion include 1-2 per character lol

In that case, I would had literally made a female green cav, and Gghen19’s Jane is perfect!
Submit her in my name instead if possible Gullop! With just the following changes:
Name changed to Julia (5 word name together with James lol).
Boon changed to Resistance - Bane changed to Skill
In Lyn Mode, her inventory is instead Slim Sword and Vulnerary. The brigand that drops an Iron Axe now has and drops an Iron Lance in second slot of inventory.
Story change: James and Julia are siblings. Natalie’s replacement is still Julia’s girlfriend/boyfriend, while Karla’s replacement is still James possible love interest.

Also can I please ask for it to not be a Strength bane? The whole idea of Jane Julia is that they are an opposite of James, so hit harder but be slower. So I can understand the Res boon since they won’t level up if you keep same growths, but same time weaking strength? Again it’s now up to you, but I thought I give my thoughts.
No problem. I updated Julia to have a Skill bane instead, while still keeping the Res boon.
