There seems to be some kind of big misunderstanding here.

The DMCA thing was a private copyright claim that was made between Cirosan, myself, and the DropBox website. To put it simply, Cirosan says he’s got copyrights over his translation, and I have no right to distribute them. Cirosan does not possess such right, as a translation cannot be copyrighted without permission from the original work’s owner, so his was counterclaimed
In short: he made a false claim for a script.

No legal action would be involved unless Cirosan sues me in court for it. Which would require he holds the rights. Which he doesn’t.

Note how this is and stays a private dealing without the supposed copyright holder (Cirosan) and myself. Nintendo is not involved. Why would Nintendo be involved.

There’s a principle of precaution. And then there’s thinking the police is out to jail the whole neighborhood just because a local guy got stopped for speed driving.
