Remove "One year later..."

Sorry for the stupid question, Is actually possible to remove the annoying text “One year later…” at chapter 11 of FE7?

The offset for the graphics is 0x1C3590
Just insert a blank image with the same dimensions over it.

So is the “One Year Later” text hardcoded to chapter 11? Is there no other way to turn it off besides the aforementioned way?
