Hi, I’m working on a small reskin of FE8, and I wanted to know what the workaround is for Eirika and Ephraim’s forced promotions. I have an idea of where the events are (due to looking through similar topics) but I’m not sure what to do when I find them. Do I just delete the calls, or will that brick the rom? If that isn’t possible, is there a way to simply edit the event the event so that instead of promoting from Lord->Great Lord it promotes from Shaman->Summoner or something (ie, just changing the classes to match Eirika’s replacement)?

I think It’s easier to ask this on the febuilder help discord channel, you’ll get the step to step. But the short answer is, Yes you can change what class erika and ephraim change into in the end chapter event of chap 16. You can also change the item they get there if you don’t promote them. You have to go 4 events deep though to change all that so again, better to ask in the febuilder help channel
