I’ve been playing Tear Ring Saga a lot lately and have been a bit annoyed by how low the skill proc rates are. Thankfully I found a patch that makes most skills activate at a Skill% rate but it left Adept untouched. Adept activates at a rate of Attack Speed%, and attack speed is generally not very high in this game, leaving that particular skill really unreliable. I wanted to change it to have a Speed% activation rate but wasn’t able to find any information on how to get into TRS hacking beyond what you can do with TRSModify. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
