…giant jiggling boobs aside, I actually REALLY LIKE THE IDEA behind having a cut-in of a larger sprite for the crit animation. thats super cool.
i’ve already seen most of your stuff on YT but this one’s new to me and its legit very cool (also i like the boobs but thats neither here nor there)

It’s at minimum a 4 step process using febuilder. It would take maybe 30 seconds.
1: Download and unpack the animation.
2: Open the FE GBA rom of your choice in febuilder.
3: Click the clearly labeled “import animation” button in the animation directory for any class’ animation you want to replace with boob ladies (Lord Eirika, male Myrmidon, etc.), then import the animation from step 1.
4: Save the rom. Done.
You can add other incredibly easy steps to that list if you wanted to go the extra mile, but considering your time is so tight, I think that’s all you need.
