I’ve seen Thracia 776’s fog war being used in chapters from several different rom hacks I’ve played. I’ve been trying to set one myself however all I’ve been able to do is set up a chapter with either white fog or the tangible black fog. Does any one know what I need to do to set up a proper darkness of war chapter?
All they’re doing is editing the fog palette of the map palette(the last A0 bytes in the 140 byte chunk) to be all 00’s or FF’s.
