So, I got permission from my university to use classrooms as I see fit, so I could go there and record lessons in FEBuilderGBA in a more school way

It would be as in a classroom
I would use video editing to show the FEBuilder Screen on the video, and also explain some concepts and features of it on the blackboard or tint board (no idea what the name of it is in English, but it uses inks instead of chalk)
The idea is to be intuitive and also get the attention of somebody who has a hard time reading or learning by themselves

That sounds hilarious, have you considered asking a few friends to be in on the bit, asking questions you’ve prepared beforehand? Like those “SCP University 101 One Piece” videos except they’re not 4 hours long.
