I don’t know how to post images on here, down at the bottom right of the Specific Effectiveness Designation Option in FEBuilder, there is a text that says “this data is referenced by multiple items” and there is a Separation of Selected Items button.

Ah, ok. So it means literally what is written. More than one item has this type of effectivness. So if you change it, you’ll change it for all of them. If you want to change the effectivness for this specific item, you need to sperarate it.
