Can someone give me the guidelines to an insertable CG? Like should it be a certain amount of colours, what size it should be, etc.
All the Ultimate Tutorial has is how to insert them.

it should be the same size as the GBA screen
that’s it, really, all the other “limits” are basically what will look good after being converted
