If A, B, C, and D all compete for Best Gameplay, and B wins it the first time by submitting the best individual chapter, then the four go head-to-head again next quarter, it shouldn’t be “oh well B won last time that hack has the best gameplay,” it should be done on a case-by-case basis comparing the candidates and their submission. Maybe C gets motivated by the loss and puts together a really neat chapter next time?
