Its posible to have the Enemy use Pure Water on themselves?
Vanilla has no such enemy.
So the possibilities are very low.
In general, the availability of items to enemies is determined by the following table.
The table has a lot of white space.
Therefore, the flag of using pure water may be hidden, but it does not know.
Since such an enemy does not appear in vanilla, it is more likely that it is not implemented.
