My GBA Library is a Windows application that allows for convenient organization, patching, and playing of GBA ROMs. It is also connected to FECentral.org’s backend, which allows for viewing and downloading Fire Emblem fan projects directly from a desktop application.

A guide on how to use the application is included in the README.

If you are unsure about the application’s capabilities, I showcase them in this video:

Please report any bugs!

If you would like to contribute to development, please DM me.

There are garbled characters.
You should perform the conversion from UTF-8 used in the Web to UTF16 used in C #.

versions should be in descending order.
The latest version should be selected by default.

FEBuilderGBA has a similar function.
However, this is not a download but an update.

If the file “ROMNME.updateinfo.txt” is included in the compressed file, the patch can be updated automatically.

ROMNME.ups
ROMNME.updateinfo.txt

When you press the update button,
Download the latest version, extract 7z / zip / rar automatically and restore the ups file.

now i have a convenient and easy to use program to manage my .ups patches!

Amazing! Can this tool support multiple language? I can help to translate it into Chinese.

It will take a little bit of tweaking but I should be able to add that feature. I will DM you when it’s implemented.

Version 2.1 is out.
