Mode 12 in my battle animation script isn't playing on a miss

There’s still something off with mode 12. The attacked unit is preemptively dodging and I’m currently looking for something wrong with mode 12 still

I've done a side-by-side comparison with my other animations that have miss modes that play correctly. Any help here?

I need to have standing.png before C07, otherwise the defender insta-dodges.
