Yes that version lol. I re-downloaded the game from my drive where i was in the middle of chapter 8 so ill just have to redo the map.

So avoid Ephraim at this time?

I’ve been able to get all the enemies scaled up similar to Eirika’s route, so it’s more playable then before. The enemies just don’t have the upgraded weapons, so they are easier in Ephraim’s route compared to Eirika’s :sweat_smile: Replacing the weapons for enemies is verrrrrrrrrrry tedious and time consuming, so that’s why that hasn’t been done yet. :sweat_smile:

You could go to your save folder>Config file>Change debug from 0 to 1>launch the game>go to extras then open all saves and load the save from the last turn before the route split

I am laughing that Floofy is a wolf boy. Thought he would be an actual dog that got monsterized. Haha love it. Also the Watcher is absolutely hilarious. Would try him after the next update is stabilized and have finished my playthrough of the previous version I mentioned.

I also saw a spider, I can’t recall if its T3 is an arachne (upper body of a woman), but I do hope it has that option. Played a romhack before that replace the spiders with arachnes.

Since you are tweaking skills and classes for T3 monsters, how about giving the zombie a T3 priest class? Just a bit of irony so to speak. Then again, The Watcher fits the bill already, it would be nice for an actual undead to have that option.

Alternatively having a lich as a zombie’s T3 is also nice and funny. An undead raising more undead ala Necromancer.

If ever there would be monster girls, I hope their portraits would be hot or even cute. Especially the one who has the succubus class lol. If you already have Camilla and Kagerou type sprites, might as well have character portraits following their archetype. Speaking of the two characters, it is hilarious turning the likes of Marisa and L’Arachel (People with A-B Cup busts) into F Cup mommies haha.

If ever you’re going to touch the main classes again in the future, is there a way to include the witch class? A few other romhacks has that as a class. The problem is what skills to give. And hopefully you use the airborne variant.

Oh! I didnt know that was a thing! Shoot i already deleted everything and brought the old save back.

For Ephraims route, it looks completely dead. I think your on the tile of the first chapter but any attempt to look at your characters crashes the game. Is it supposed to be playable?

Yeah haha XD I would prefer if I could replace the portrait with an actual dog/wolf portrait, but I couldn’t find any yet ^.^; This works in the meantime haha.

That is indeed an option :wink: There are actually two variations for the T3 that I was available to what I could use, so look forward to that :slight_smile:

I have the Lich animation for one of the Entombed T3 choices, and will have Staff access, though won’t have Support staff access haha ^.^; Could make him summon more zombies though. :thinking:

I suppose two of the characters portraits you could count as cute for the Gorgon and the Female Tarvos. :thinking: Didn’t have much options for monster portraits though that worked, but hopefully they work fine enough haha ^.^;

A witch class huh? I could only really see Lute in something like that. :thinking: Though making new class lines take up a lot of time to do, so it would only probably happen unless inspiration comes to me for it ^.^; Not a bad idea though :slight_smile:

Oh yeah? O.o That’s a first for me to hear. I’ll look into it and see if I can get it to crash. :thinking: It should be playable haha ^.^;

Edit: Couldn’t get a crash to trigger on Free Roam on Chapter 9B. ^.^; Is there any additional information you can give with the issue you are having?

Hmm thats interesting. I didnt do anything special outside of picking Ephraims route. It saved and then when it loaded the world map, it was Erika and she couldnt go anywhere, nor could i access her caravan.

I deleted the save but maybe its still on my phones trash and i can send you the save

Edit: looks like it got overwritten when i was trying to fix it

Ok i recreated it again but saved in another slot.

Ok, at least it looks like on my end it’s working fine. So that’s a relief on my shoulders there.

It might just be save shenanigans? Or maybe a previous version had something that somehow got fixed on my end? :thinking:

Interesting. To add to this i cant do Erika’s route either.

Im playing with the Winslor on phone so maybe its some issue there? Ill try my pc once im back from my current trip

Hmmmm…I’m guessing in that case the moved saved files aren’t loading the previous world map triggers/etc, thus making it like you’re entering the world map for the first time and causing those issues. :thinking:

You might just have to start over, which sucks :confused: I’m working hard on the Monster Units/MyUnit, so hopefully in a few days I can get you the latest build so at least you would have new content to restart with. :thinking:

Im playing on the test build. it seems the dancer (Tethys) likes to cause a crash a lot during her dancing animation with and without fast forwarding through it. Colm has a buggy animation while using his smoke bow and then it crashes the game afterwards. I also had 1 crash while using the AoE sleep spell that Salem uses. I don’t know if any of these has been fixed in the beta build but hopefully these will be fixed in the future.

Fortunately the Colm bow and Saleh AOE has been fixed on my end for the next update that should come out in the next few days :slight_smile: The Tethys dance crash is news to me though. :thinking: I’ll look into that. :thinking: Thank you for letting me know :blush:

So questions regarding the upcoming my unit. How much customization are we looking at? Can we pick the starting class, stats and color scheme or just the class?

Curious minds want to know lol

I am happy to answer :grin:

Right now the plans are as such.

-MyUnit will be able to chose from any basic T1 class, monsters included.

-Simple Bane/Boon selection.

-Custom name selection.

-A system where every 5 and 15 level thresholds, the MyUnit will be able to select a random class skill (based upon tier) to learn. Ex. MyUnit hits level 5 as an knight and learns Armor Rush, then a selection menu pops up of random skills and the player selects Arcane Barrier skill to learn. This is to balance the fact the MyUnit won’t have a personal arsenal and will need to use generic weapons.

-Color palettes will use generic blue colors for the most part. Making a custom palettes for MyUnit would take so much time…So many classes…

If any other questions I will be happy to answer :slight_smile: The monster units just need their personal weapons, written into the game and that part will be done! :smiley:

Question, you said that my unit can get a random class skills to choose from. So if I make my unit a monster class, can he still get skills from the regular classes or only the skills for the monster classes?

My plan for my unit is that I either get a monster class or go the mercenary path line and have him be a Vanguard at T3. That or the troubador path line then Malig healer at T3 if possible.

Nonetheless, I am excited for the release of the next update. Basing from the recent comments, it seems the Ephraim route is unstable. Might as well go Eirika route this time. Especially since my previous playthroughs are always Ephraim route.

Good thing I took up playing my 2nd playthrough during my free time again. Currently at Ch. 18 River of Regrets. I really hope that Syrene is playable this time around, cause in my first playthrough (pre tower of Valni floor select update so no personal weapons) she is outright garbage and unusable. Deals little to no damage to fellow T3 Lvl 1 enemies and since she is T3 herself, her growth is unsalvageable.

While I did clear the chapter on my first playthrough, it killed my enjoyment due to how the difficulty spiked so much back then. Heck my units that have the same level of the T3 enemies are struggling so much. The only dependable units are those that are overleveled. And leveling up the other units through the tower of Valni is an utter slog. I dropped it then and there and waited for future updates (That is the voice update) for a new playthrough.

On another note, I finally brought Ephraim to Lvl 10 Wrym Lord. Having the Lvl 10 skill to be essentially just Pass is disappointing in all honesty. Oh he’s still a beast of a unit but him as a Conquerer offers so much more despite the lower Mov stat.

Now I am having 2nd thoughts of trying out Eirka’s Flying classes. But, eh might as well try it. So far her best class is the Court Royal. Royal Knight which what I am currently using in my 2nd playthrough is good as well.

Oh last question, how early are we getting monster units (my unit excluded)?
