In theory, yes. A little bit out of my coding skill right now though ^.^; If I were to ever attempt a remake of FE9/10 in Lex then I would seriously consider it haha.

Also, Stat/Growth buff to Artur, Innes, and Dozla. Some weapons were given elemental AOE Debuff, and Seth’s lances have been reworked.

Maybe someday. :sweat_smile: I’m not an coding expert like Becartte, and a lot of the options there would take A LOT of work to implement. :sweat_smile:

So I am having a lot of fun with this. It’s so rewarding to increase weapon levels and have items that boost growth rates, and learning all the new ways old mechanics work.

But I’ve crashed 5 times now as I’m nearing the end of chapter and it is driving me insane. Just stuck on chapter 7 for now since it hasn’t not crashed yet.
"AttributeError: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘skills’ " Is Taunting me.

It did not start until I got Lute, and it most often happens when I’m selecting Lute, so its like she is cursed or something. But her skill is useful and fun, I never expected this autistic nerd (affectionate) to be such a great tank.

Is the link here kept up to date with bug fixes and such, or would I have to join the Discord server for something like that?

Yeah, Lute’s personal weapons seemed to give a lot of crashes with the odd/even turn mechanic, so while I thought it was interesting I did end up removing the turn limitation. So hopefully that will stop Lute from causing so many crashes. :thinking:

The link here will always be updated with the latest build when it comes out. Unfortunately it will take a couple of days to release the next build. :sweat_smile: It’s a massive update that breaks the game until it’s 100% done, so I’m working hard to get that completed soon.

I’m glad to learn another update is coming out in a couple of days or so, because the gameplay is really addicting and I really want to be able to keep playing. Decided to give chapter 7 another crack, and once again crashed right at the end. Is there a preferred method for sending in the log file, just in case its not Lute related? When the game does get its massive update-will saves be functional, or is it a restart the game sort of update?

Anyways, thank you for your response, don’t work too hard, thank you for your time and effort and for making such a fun iteration of fe8!

Darn, that sucks it keeps crashing at the end. :sweat_smile: If it’s a crash not related to Lute, you can either post the log here or can put it up in the Discord. If it’s Lute, I would recommend for now getting shop Anima/Dark tomes she can use in the meantime if want to use her but don’t want crashes. I will also warn you ahead of time, Forde’s Destiny Ender skill seems to be causing a lot of crashes too, so avoid using that as much as you can as well.

The next update will be too massive to be save compatible unfortunately, so will need a restart when that is out. :sweat_smile: So could maybe finish one route and then you can do the other route next update.

After I stopped using Lute’s personal weapon, no more crashes. She is just as much my tank as Gilliam as a Druid.

HOWEVER. Lute crashed my game again. Using the Eclipse Tome and missing an attack while having the Seeking Darkness Skill causes an immediate crash. I also had Eclipse hit an enemy, and their HP wasn’t half, so maybe its just bugged all around.

Also, Love that Halberdier gets leaders presence, since its a great skill and Halberdier is one of my favorite FE classes, but since it also raises hp by 2 but doesn’t heal it, makes for extremely easy healer training. If you use Rally strength, it also makes everyone hit by it be missing 2 hp points, so it can be repeated at the end of the level for infinite healer exp.

Hahaha glad to hear. :slight_smile: I wanted to make the magic classes different from each other, so happy to hear it seems to be working well so far haha.

That’s interesting to hear. :thinking: I’m guessing the miss damage component doesn’t like the eclipse component, so I’ll see what I can do there. :thinking:

Glad to hear that you like the Halberdier class, that one is one I like too :3 But I do need to remove the HP increase portions for those kind of skills sometime. :thinking: At least it’s something to the benefit of the player. Plus it being in a game with infinite grinding already not the biggest priority right now haha :sweat_smile:

Alright, so i’m messing around with debug mode and unit building so feel free to ignore my question lol. But what is the debug command to give a unit the Bowrange, tomerange +1 skills?

I believe the the bow one is BowrangeP1, but if it’s not that I can double check. Magic should be like Magic_RangeP1. :thinking: One thing you could do that could help you out when I’m not around is you can download the LT maker and be able to pull all the data you need from there. :slight_smile:
