Issues with Event Assembler

I followed the instructions to patch a FE8 ROM with Crazycolors’ Skill System, but I encountered with this:

I am using 32-bits Windows 7, so I was wondering if this (and Event Assembler in general) is 64-bit exclusive and if I should move to 64-bit, or if there exists a hidden 32-bit version…

I also forgot to introduce myself while worried about this. I am new to this, sorry!

EA itself can work with 32 bit stuff but some of the utilities are not. You can get the 32bit utilities here.
