Just wanted to know. Is this portrait right here perfectly Free to Use?
If it’s is Free to Use can someone edit it with dark green armor grey hair wrinkles near is eyes and on his forehead a big scratch on his left armor shoulder plate and a big scar on his left eye.
Quick note: Free to use is not the same as free to edit. The creator would have to give permission for that.
That aside, it’s from the mugging blitz, so I don’t see why it wouldn’t be free to use
