How to restore max levels to default, at 20

How do I adjust max levels for characters? Started a new hack, and the max level is 15. How do I up that to 20, like normal?

Which patch? Any name for me?

bumping this again. it looks like the level cap patch needs the skill system, and adding it to the game would probably break it. any thoughts on how to reset it to default?
