I want to say “vaped”, but I’m fairly certain its mentioned in one of the Kaga emblem translations that it is applied like a lotion or a balm to absorb incoming magic, same with a barrier staff applying a literal barrier

cheaper and sometimes more convenient than Barrier staff, so yeah
mostly in maps with status inflicting dudes or siege tomes

I don’t think there is any advantage to using it since it wastes one action.
I have never used it in vanilla.
The Pure water item slot is useless, so I have squashed it and defined it as a separate item.
