How can I create a new event to replace an old one in FE builder for FE8

sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to make an event in FE builder of Recruit a character in a town but I don’t know how to create a new one how could I do it?

In the Event Condition menu (Which can be accessed through Advanced menu), you can create a Map. Click data expansion and allocate 1 event (or as many as you need), and you’ll see that the event box on the right is empty. Click the New Event option and Select “Create associate partner event in village”. This makes a template for a recruiting event from a village
