Hey there! Help on simple programming in FEBuilder requested

Hi! If you’re taking the time to read this, I thank you already. The reason for doing so, though, as the title says, is simple things in FEBuilder that, if it’s alright, would like to request help with. So, I just downloaded the Editor, which is why such simple things are a problem to begin with. Apologies for it being a dumb question, but here goes:

As of right now, I’m trying to just test things out in terms of editing maps and creating events. It’s gone pretty well so far, Chests, Shops/Armories and regular houses all work fine. Proper text is inputted into said house, different items are put into each of the shops, and Chests open and give the reward as they should. What aren’t working, however, are the actual Villages and Seize Points.

There’s a specific way to tell the village what to do depending on who claims it; yet it doesn’t seem to recognize that. Whenever I go into playtesting and take a moment to actually visit the village, it portrays the text and gives the item. BUT, it also destroys the village right after. For the first problem, I was wondering if anyone knew what I might be doing wrong?

Then there’s the Seize Point. After checking relentlessly, the event was set and everything should have worked and allowed for the Seize Point to be, well, seizeable. That’s another thing I’m rather confused on?

And one more thing, if it’s not too much trouble to ask. For somewhat reason, Eirika(Sorry if I didn’t confirm before, this is FE8 we’re editing) freezes out of nowhere if she doesn’t kill an enemy Turn 1, which for somewhat reason fixes the problem, she’s stuck in limbo while the entire stage still moves. Would anyone be willing to help?

Perhaps I think that you are not making a closed village with tile change, or have different coordinates.
The tile change of closed village is installed at the entrance of the village.

Are you setting up Seize with the type of object?
Is the unit to be controlled holding the flag of the load unit?
