I’m trying to learn german and was wondering if there’s any romhacks in german/translated to german that you may know about.
I also have seen a couple of posts mention a german ROM hacking comunnity, but I have no clue what sites do they use, so that information would be appreciated as well.

For being someone who wants to learn German too, I think there is no romhacks translated in german. Still, if you wish to improve your German by playing FE, you can play Fe 7 and 8 (European versions), Shadow dragon, Tellius duology and the more modern one (Awakening, Fate, Three Houses…)
For non fe game, I saw a project to translate Berwick Saga in German, and I personally play Advance War in German.
I never heard of an organized FE German community, but if you find it, I would be glad to have it!
Hi! As a German myself, I have to say- while I do know there’s definitely some German romhackers around, I’m unaware of a dedicated community or site that they’d use. I think what Azert said is pretty good advice though. There’s a lot of options to play the vanilla FE’s in German if that works for you. 
Hi, also a German person here. From what I know there is no specific community dedicated to german romhacks but I am doing some stuff and romhacks for myself and some friends in German. I made a romhack a couple years ago in german that I sadly never had the motivation yet to translate complete in english is a hack called “A nomadic tragedy”.
I made a video for FEE3 too but as I see now never made a topic about it on this website. But if you would be interested in playing I would be happy to give it to you. 
I can’t guarantee any spelling mistakes because all texts were written by me and mistakes can happen when doing so but I was able to correct all that were found by me and my friends while playing through it.
I currently are working on a german romhack that rewrites the FE8 story in some… interesting and crazy way I would say but that is more because it is something that involves friends of mine who got transportet into the world. But there more to it which will be told through the story. ^^
I plan on releasing it when it is done and hopefully this time I get myself motivated to translate it but we will see it once it is done.

Too bad there doesn’t seem to be a lot of translations, it would give me an excuse to play more romhacks >.< but I may take your advise and just give myself a new challenge on the classic vanilla games. Is advance wars text-heavy? I’ve never really played any games on that saga
