GBA Magic Animations questions:

#1: would giving a class a normal attack animation work as a magic animation (Example: Lyn Lord can use magic, assigned the sword animation as a magic animation)
#2: would assigning the “item” animation work, and if so, would it work better?

1: Yes; simply change the animation(pointer in class data) accordingly so that whatever magic uses the animation you want it to use.

2: Slightly vague question. If you meant just the animation that occurs on the map(vulnerary, battle animations disabled, etc), that would work equally well.
