So I’m not sure what I did, but the pencil tool for Usenti is only drawing on the tile grid of the picture and I’m not sure how to put it back to normal. It only draws squares to put it simply. If anyone could help out I would appreciate it.

Have you tried restarting Usenti?
I think I found the issue. Try clicking the box I have highlighted with red in this screenshot:
Ah, nevermind 
Sounds like you have View -> Tile snap checked. Try unchecking it.
