I’m not done yet, I’m only writing here the upcoming stuff before I forget it.
-Chapter 1-7x has been overhauled. Now Nilo and Nila and co can fight Zigrinat’s gang
with the help of Roberto The Golden Longbow to gain an extra buck. Enemies and
positions have been reworked.
-Vetusio, Julianus, Rigaldon, Guildebrand, Cheyenne, have been removed.
I never cared too much for these characters and I think the player will have plenty of
units to use. Ivo, Zurayu are no longer playable but can be seen and interacted with.
-Pegasi riders promote to falcoknight without branching. This is their canon promo and I didn’t wanna add more classes.
-Nephalim can promote to Deva or Harrier, the first uses Light the second Dark, no phisical weapons.
-If you choose to spare Wolfgang, you won’t be able to recruti Reidun.
-William starts at Level 19 with an Orion’s bolt.
-Chapter 2-3 map has been redesigned.
-Increase amount of droppable weapons in the first part of the game.
-Forts give 4 def, pillars, forest, mountains and peaks +1 def, thrones -10 avoid
-Added a new unit, Talos the wight, recruited at the end of chapter 4-2x, disappears on chapter 4-9.
-Derma replaces Cheyenne, a bishop with Dark magic and the summon ability.
-Ferdinand joins on chapter 1-8 as a paladin with all phisical weapons.
-Roberto joins on chapter 4-8 if Lotario is defeated
-Reworked a special convo with Irma to Zurayu on chapter 1-5
-Added more music
-Added more portraits
-Fixed some portraits
-Zediong can be recruited with many more people
-Minar, Malitia, Lili, Paolus, Zomu, Piero, Bastiano and Fausta can be auto-leveled to lvl 15 if entering chapter 3-2xx, even if it’s unlikely for the player to not use them, since the gaiden requires these units to be alive to enter it.
-Merachea -2 str, +1 mag, +1 spd
-Marcello’s prf now always activates Astra, removed skill bonus, +3 might to weapon
-Reworked some dialogue
-Removed some enemy reinforcements and put them into Hard mode. If the player chooses Normal difficulty, he won’t encounter these reinforcements.
-Fixed some bugs with the spell anims.
-Tom is now a female figther and the sister of Tim, with new stat caps on her classes.
-Chapter 1-8x has been removed, it’s now a cutscene.
-Rally skills can be learned on a special chapter but they don’t come automatically with the units.
-Ragnarok and Mjolnir give as skill Ignis and Impale, which always activate but with a lessened effect. Ignis add unit def+res/4 and Impale doubles damage.
-Leadership Stars provide +3 hit/avoid, usually major characters have 1 or 2 stars, while bosses 2 or 3. The final bosses have 5, but you’ll get about 12 characters who have at least 1 star.
-Reworked the skill of many units, in particular Nilo and Nilo.
-Removed many skills from the enemies, this way the cognitive load will be lessened.
In particular, only archers, snipers, swordmasters and ballisticians have more than 1 skill.
The others either have shove or canto+.
-Removed fog at the end event of chapter 1-5.
-Put the correct convo at the end of chapter 1-3xx.
-Reworked the enemy placement of 1-8 and 2-3.
-Xp gain base formula goes from 24 to 31.
-There will be more foes on hard mode (about 20% more)
-Nila gets the Steal skill.
-The reward to complete 1-8 will be an energy ring, plus all the xp.
I suggest to not take away Roberto’s bows, unless
you wanna keep Lotario later.
-Added another visitable house in 1-8.
NOTES:
William ability doesn’t work correctly, I’ll try to fix it later.
Reidun will have luna for some reasons. I think that I’ve hit the rom max space, so it
glitches a bit with the skill sys. But I don’t mind Reidun having another skill.
In fact, I think it kinda fits him, due to the fact that he’s the leader of the wyvern brigade.
Furthermore, he’s an optional character to the end of the game, I don’t think
that giving him Luna will do much of a difference.
TODO:
fix portraits, some talk convos, modify music of talk gaidens. Fix pegasi portraits (again, they display the wrong shadows)
