FEBuilder: the downloadening

I can’t seem to find FEBuilder in english no matter how thoroughly I dig. Does anyone have a download link That I may use?

On the second link, there is “How to download FEBuilderGBA”.

I’m sorry, but I can’t find FEBuilderGBA itself, only a bunch of other files. Can you help me on this?

Download the FEBuilderGBA 7z file.

Use 7-zip to extract it then run the application. I literally just did it myself.
