Hey, awesome hack! I’m only at Chapter 14 so far, but having a blast playing around with magical mercenary-princess Elincia and her animal buddies.
I think my favorite unit to use so far is Naesala; Vortex makes him really unique in this context! Not only can he attack at 2 range with magic, but it also gives him the ability to attack while untransformed, even if it’s only on player phase. It’s a really cool trait that normally goes unappreciated since by the time you get him in the base game, you’re already halfway through fighting the final boss.
I also figured I’d report a couple of bugs/oddities that I noticed while playing through the hack:
-Elincia can learn Sol via Occult scroll in her unpromoted class. She also lacks her usual Renewal skill, though I’m not sure if that’s a bug or a balance choice since I know Geoffrey had Paragon removed intentionally, but given it wasn’t listed in the document I figured I would mention it.
-When I went into the Chapter 14 battle preps, I encountered this…uh…entity??? And got a popup warning me that the game likely would’ve crashed on real hardware.
