Save states are unreliable but if you have a proper save file from the previous patch it should work. Just make a back up of the save, rename the save file to match the new patched rom, and it should work.

Small hotfix for those who haven’t yet played ch3, this fixes a bug where certain green units don’t escape. Patch has been updated.

HEY I CANT TALK TO LEIF WITH SEAN FOR THE SECRET THINGY UNPLAYABLE
Its a one way conversation, Sean must talk to Leif during the 2nd section of Ch 4, where Leif is the protagonist, and not after Leif spawns at the 3rd part of the map. If you want Sean to spawn during the 2nd section of Ch 4, consult the secrets, but it required doing something in Ch 2.
I updated the secrets to be a bit more clear about the requirements for that conversation.
Is that the problem?

Yeah that’s intended, you needed to do a secret in Ch 2 to unlock the conversation. Don’t worry about it.

I now disabled the ai once the enemies turn green. I’m not going to make a hotfix just for that issue but it’ll be reflected in the next patch.

Its a red herring, there is no route split. It doesn’t matter what Leif chooses here because of what happens immediately after.

Not immediately, but yes you do get a reward, the threshold is getting 8 green units to the escape point.
