Finally i completed the game, here are my best unit i gave Baelz Blossom and once she reached level 20 i changed the skill for Double Lion (the skill that makes weapons act like Brave weapons)
Kaela and her hammerne was a must use unit for that purpose

I’ve been trying to finish this hack for awhile now but this might be one of the rom hacks I’ve ever played, maybe even one of the worst games I’ve played in general. Every single map seems like it was designed to screw the player over with some sort of trap that they could never see coming and force a reset. Why is it in chapter 20 there are 8 random tiles that you cannot tell the difference form the rest, that once stepped on sends a unit to a room where they are almost certainly destined to die, and if they manage to survive the first turn the infinite rougues and bersekers will kill them or steal everything they had on them eventually, what purpose does this serve, I cannot play around it without having the map opened in febuilder to see the tiles, like whoops i tried to heal a unit that was gaurding a chokepoint my bad time to restart the chapter because my rescue staff got sent to the murder box, the map is already massive with nothing in it with the most boring nothing hallway design where you just get wittled down from ranged units. Just about every map in this game either has insane reinforcements that will instantly kill someone when they spawn in, or maps completely empty of objectives that take hours to complete, or worse both.
honestly in that chapter after I found the first tile I sent everyone in there. we weren’t trapped with them, they were trapped with us.
aside from that I only found like 2 reinforcement jumpscares that were reset worthy, and both were in the early game which Hatsuru has already stated they’re refactoring
I would say chapter 8’s sleep powerstaff fog of war reinforcement, chapter 9’s 10 leaderstar reinforcement, chapter 10’s insane laundry list of extremely overtuned reinforcements, not as bad but chapter 15 spawing an entire ships worth of enemys in the fog, and maybe my units are too underpowered but the 20 deathgoyles in chapter 18 were extremely hard to hit let alone actually kill.
And what makes it worse is each of these chapter are so massive that if you have to reset its like a 1-2 hour loss, which maybe like chapter 20 i get being really big, if it was designed well or to be fun, but chapter 8 9 and 10 are absurd.
Maybe im just not the target audiance for this hack but it feels like it took the absolute worst aspects of a game like thracia and cranked it up to eleven, like why does a random zombie boss have 10 leadership stars in chapter 17x, like the only other character so far close to that amount of leadership stars is the big evil secret villian in chapter 9 why does a random unamed undead zombie have 2/3 of the amount, the legion are already strong enough and dont reward you with any exp, why gut my hit rates aswell, why is most of the mid game all fog of war chapters when the like only chance to buy torch staffs were in chapter 13, and with every map being massive you, no pun intended, burn through them quick.
Well, regardless of what you think of the game, I do sincerely thank you for at least trying it out and voicing your gripes with it. I do believe I set a warning for chapter 20, along with staves and items for you to work with. While it is unfortunate you didn’t appear to enjoy some of the games aspects, I still do get feedback for me to work on with other projects in the future!
entrap abuse buyable for insanely cheap from ch17 secret shop actually solves a lot of lategame problems (unfortunately ch20 is not one of them)
that said, i would not expect people to know you can use the entrap staff by that point, but it certainly exists
I’ll still probably finish the hack, I’ve put too much time in at this point not too. It’s clear alot of love and effort went into making this hack, even if i have my gripes with it, I’ll look foward to you rnext projects and how you’ll improve from here.
Anybody figure out the how to give Anya Blood Tide? I have enough skill space for both level 30 skills, but I only get Full Body when I level up in Enemy Phase. Gonna try in Player Phase and some other shenanigans.
Blood Tide is unobtainable in current patch since skillsystems can only handle giving one skill per level up
I’ve tried using Redebut to circumvent the issue, but it still does not work, as the game checks for FMB and then stops attempting to give any skills if it sees Anya already has FMB
I’m up to ch21 using gen 2, 3, 5 units. Like many before said, ch5 and ch10 difficulty I think need to be toned down. The constant reinforcements when you are still building your team make playing those 2 chapters feel exhausting.
For the units, 7/8 of the cast have their own gimmick and overall I think is well done.
But the other 1/8 feel lack gimmick. The 2 units I feel need to be updated are the 2 thieves Pekora and Okayu.
These 2 are too weak compare to their counterparts. They are not strong in offensive and neither in defensive.
For Pekora, I think it’s better to give her a new passive that proc with Luck like she has a chance to get a Mine based on %Luck or steal based on %Luck (and get exp from it), instead of Assassinate when her STR and SKL growth is horrible. Her recruitment level I feel should be lowered down to lv15 so she has few room to grow.
Same with Okayu, if her role is to sit back and give buff then maybe make her somewhat bulky or has better speed.

Hello again, I have been very much enjoying this mod, it is a whole lot of fun, I am very much enjoying playing as the various Hololive girls.
While I am stuck on Chapter 10, it seems you are trying to make that chapter more balanced so that is good. It is also good you are fixing some other bugs or problems with the game.
Though I will also like to say, from what I recall Choco actually dislikes being called a succubus, stating she is just a demon, though I may be misrembering. So it might be good to change the name of Choco’s class to something like Demon. But of course this is just my suggestion.

another idea for Okayu I think can do if you want to keep her as a support character is to reclass her into a Bard with Nils animation from FE7 and same as Korone, she can unlock chest.
So players can have a duo of Super Rogue+Assassin Dog who charge ahead murder enemies and a Rogue+Bard Cat who stay behind to buff allies.
Then in Gamers gen map, there 2 options players can either get the Yubi for Korone or an Onigiri when escape, which allow Okayu to learn new passive that give really strong buff to an ally she removes.
is there any debug or cheat codes to tack on or should i just try again on normal mode im not a big enough badass nor do i have hours to reload the map over and over but i would like to see what the rest of the game has to offer
Getting near the end of my playthrough. The secret shop in Chapter 23 opens up the skill mechanic a ton and I’ve had fun planning out the skills to give to my units. Really appreciate how much this on top of the buyable stat boosters help boost my favorites to be up to par with even the strongest in my army.
While planning out my skills, I did unfortunately notice that my Korone never got to learn Luna through level up. I even tested this again by using redebuts on her to see if I just somehow skipped giving her Luna, but she still did not learn it upon reaching level 10 in her promoted class. I also noticed that she is supposed to learn Keep Up as well, but AFAIK I never got that either.
I’m not entirely sure the extent of this bug, but a friend of mine who is also playing the game noticed that his battle sages were not able to access the convoy when they approach Polka.
The Dragon Vein in 23x did not work for me; it hard crashed the game when I tried it.
