Extremely well documented, I’ve been trying to find a fix for awhile now but so far it seems fruitless. I’ll keep trying though, no idea what’s causing that!
There is not, there will probably be more T3 upgrades for the rework though!

Based on how there are signs of you trucking along (judging from your frequency of replies and your YouTube output), I just want to urge you to do another thing: recheck Fubuki.
Her design is very unique, but she suffers from a lot of jank. Try eating stat items or even leveing up within Kurokami form, end the stage and recheck Shirakami form.
I don’t know how levels and stats interact with dual units like this, and frankly, in-game text should give out more details on how they work (unless I’m mistaking something here?). I like that she can be usable even without investments though.
Yea i’ll definitely try to fix her too!
Oh nyo.
Now I just realized it, each had someone close who already graduated (or in case of Amelia, stopped streaming activities)
Given in 2024 we had Aqua, Fauna, Amelia, and Chloe… if we follow the pattern… is someone in HoloX or someone who is close to Chloe is next!?
Out of curiosity, will the rework be using the Lex-Talionis engine?
Crazy how I’ve seen this Spongebob gag come up twice this month. First with Nintendo Switch 2’s prices. Now with our idols…
HoloeEmblem 2 will be in LT! I’m using another method for S4S to add planned mechanics!
Good question ngl
Anyways oh gee oh good golly—
this is a pre-emptive apology to any and all robosa in the thread, the palette didn’t have enough to let me get away with a more accurate gun please forgive me >/<
Hello, I started my first run of this game. Playing on 1.8.2. I wanted to test my FE experience and challenge myself, so I decided to play on Yabai. I have played up to Ch.6 and so far I’m liking the game.
I’d like to share my early thoughts so far, if you don’t mind.

Lastly, I have noticed many grammar mistakes, weird sentence structure, typos, and a lack of punctuation in sentences. It makes reading the dialogue hard to follow and confusing at times.
The descriptions of skills also lack consistency, which unfortunately makes things feel unchecked (Example #1: Lancebreaker says “+50 Hit/Avo”, Outdoor Fighter says “+10 Hit and Avo”, Slow Burn says “+1 Hit and Avoid”. Example #2: Chaotic and Focus say “Critical” with capital ‘C’, while Wrath says “critical rate” with lower ‘c’ and ‘rate’). It might seem minor, but a lack of uniformity can be a big turn off.
Despite my negatives, HoloEmblem is very fun so far, well-constructed, and you did a great job making it. I will keep playing and likely further share my thoughts as I progress. (Although, I hope you will eventually make corrections to the text in the sentences and descriptions, please)
Thank you for making this hack. I’ve been having a lot of fun so far! The Hololive theming caught my eye, and the implementation of the girls and their lore is very creative. I’ve only really played FE games from Awakening onwards and usually don’t play on the hardest difficulty, so taking this on has been challenging to say the least. I won’t comment on the balancing and what not since I’m inexperienced (besides hating same turn reinforcements). I’ve run into a few things that are bugs and some I dunno if they are intentional, so I figured I should share them here in case they are bugs. I’m playing on 1.8.2 on Seiso mode.
In Chapter 17, though I imagine this could happen in any chapter, when reinforcements spawned, one spawned on top of my Amelia. This made it so I couldn’t select her at all, either through the unit menu or just by trying to select her on the map. It was resolved once I defeated the enemy. Also, when defeating the boss, text appears with Azki in an unnatural color palette speaking, when I assume that should be the boss speaking.
In Chapter 20, both dragon veins opened the left side wall. Also, no enemies spawned in the trap room when I had someone teleported in.
In Chapter 21x3, I saw that someone already reported on Shirakami still being there after transforming, but I also wanted to add that anything I took from Kurokami’s inventory that Shirakami’s original inventory had at the start of the chapter would be duplicated after the chapter ended. This also happened when sending them to the convoy from a full inventory. I duped a Shield Seal through this, but I save stated to see if it would work so I didn’t keep it lol.
Related to this, I noticed any uses I had used on Kurokami would reset when the chapter ended. In case this matters, when a chapter starts, I immediately switch to Kurokami and never switch back.
I’m looking forward to your continued development of this hack and your planned sequel. I’m not even finished with my first playthrough but I’m already thinking about which units and supports I would use for my second run. Thank you!
Thank you for giving the time to share your thoughts! I really appreciate it!
You’re definitely right, I think the halberdier problem only conflates how chapter 5 was made. Originally I wanted to add multiple siege weapons to that chapter, but opted for a bolting sage instead (with a weaker magic statline as a crutch). I really wanted the player to feel like it was a losing fight, but I fear it may have been more of a slogfest rather than trying to find ways to survive. I can tweak the numbers a bit more!
I really didn’t know how else to introduce Bae (and the subsequent gaiden characters) into the story without taking a bit of a more zaney approach to it at the time. But with the rework in progress I hope to make it much more cohesive!
Another consequence of solo storywriting at the time. Will make it more cohesive!
The myrmidons in chapter 2 are a big one. I’ll definitely look into it a bit more!
This makes complete sense. However, I do urge you to trust in the skill and Amelia. Amelia was made in mind to be middling-weak in combat, but with utility output that can change how you adapt to a situation. You’ll definitely need it later on!
A lot of these will be fixed during the rework! But thank you for reminding me!
Duly Noted, thank you!
Thank you for bringing these up with me! I hope you enjoy the rest of the experience going forward!
Thank you for bringing up these bugs too! I’m very happy to hear that you’re enjoying your playthrough so far!
I’ll be sure to amend these as well
hello all shark grievers
I think most people playing this already know there’s a pretty notorious bug involving skill scrolls turning into other skills if stored inside the convoy. This happens when you save the game after you store them and then perform a reset of the game (e.g. not continuing from a savestate)
I won’t go into detail on how this works, but the basic gist is the skills that are ‘morphed’ are consistent because of how the game works, so I’ve compiled a list of scrolls that this applies to (may not be fully accurate as I didn’t test everything, but based on logic this should be how it works). Hopefully this helps people live with the bug until it gets fixed or even take advantage of it, I think early Aegis can be a pretty cool option!
I sorted the scrolls in order of when you can obtain them so will be putting them in a spoiler bracket below.
There is one instance of this bug that is gamebreaking: if you store the nullify scroll into the convoy (obtained from ch23x) and then perform the bug, the game saves the scroll as skill id 00 which will instantly crash your game when you try to access it. Basically don’t do it. All other scrolls should be fine. Keeping Nullify out of the convoy should be fine too.
Funny coincidence. I stored the Ch.5 Blossom skill in the convoy yesterday, and when I checked the convoy today, it was Aegis instead. Good to know I wasn’t going insane
Yeah this bug can be annoying if you don’t realise it happening, but if you do know that it exists you can work around it. Alternatively you can play around with it for some funny shenanigans.
I’m currently working on re-doing my S4S 0 growths run, the transmuted Aegis scroll might be a feature…
Does the Summon skill had a bug? I can’t use it with pre-promoted Rushia and IDK if I go Druid then she lose the skill
Summon bug is well-known afaik
Rushia has Summon as a personal skill so she should still be able to summon in Druid
The house in the upper right corner of Chapter 3x can be visited repeatedly to obtain multiple items.
It gives you more useful skills like Glacies or Lancefaire
