Forgive me if this is too stupid to ask but I am a super duper completionist and enjoy playing an entire game through with a guide to all the secrets. I am not asking for an entire list but I would like indicators or hints of where to go because thats just how I enjoy playing games. I understand wanting to keep it secret to the public so can I pm or email to keep it private. I know its a lot to ask but I would like to ask before giving the hack a shot

Hi there! I just beat chapter 4x and was wondering if there was somewhere to find the locations of the secret shops? I donāt wanna miss anything cool lol
My game is softlocking after chapter 7 during the cutscene after everyone leaves, Sal attacks and flees Cory and Solum talk and the ln the game cuts to black and never changes. The music still plays though
Read the OP again. You may notice that there is a little section at the bottom talking about a certain bug and what to do about it.

When I go to make a new game it doesnāt give me the option to start at part 2

The skipping part 1 prompt appears after the opening of prologue and itās been implemented for a long time now genuinely if it doesnāt appear for you then there is something else going on

Hey Hey, I am sorry itās been awhile since I started. getting back to it today and I am sorry refresh my memory but does Fidem go through a 3rd promotion? I feel i read that somewhere before. This is after his trickster promotion, when does this happen? I feel I put him on my team for this reason

His join map specifies heāll promote into a tier 3 class come chapter 20 automatically. His class before then is only relevant for weapon ranks and the extra promo bonuses

Hey all
I just thought Iād update everyone on the state of development
What once was a simple story look over, correcting for grammar and such, quickly turned into a monumental rewrite basically redoing almost every scene in the game from scratch and even adding in new characters and chapters.
As such I fear that it will be quite some time until the next update, which will be put as Host of the Dark 3.0
With FEE3 on the way I figured now would be a good time to inform everyone that HotD is appearing once more in FEE3! Honestly I thought that DotD would be my submission this year but things didnāt go quite as planned and that project is on hold for the time being.
In terms of progress chapters 8-12x have been redone with 10ās map being completely remade and 12ās having a small expansion with progress on 13 being steady. Of the part 1 chapters only prologue has had dialogue edits so far.
Looking forward I would suspect 3.0 to release sometime around November of this year although depending on my progress it could definitely take shorter.
Now hereās a big change to the story that Iāll announce here. Itās going to change a lot about part 2 thematically and character wise
Sal will transition between parts 1 and 2
The lord of part 2 who will now be known as Serena is getting a heavy reworking to her earlygame chemistry with the other characters, especially her brother. In doing so I hope to make her side of the story more compelling all around.
With this change there will be one notable loss however which is the paired ending with Fidem, as he is a gay man whose identity is integral to his characterization within supports. This paired ending will be replaced on both sides and akaria will eventually have another potential ancestor.

But it sounds nice to me, that you want to notch up this game and improve it more than youāve done until now!
Thatāll increase the suspense curve of the sequel a lot

I decided to play the game blindly. And I have to honestly say I love it, great work. Started playing one morning and havenāt dropped the emulator since, I loved the story specially the first part of it, I grew so attached to Solum that the entire Chapter 7 events made me cry and I just want to replay over and over to keep him. But in short words this is a great game and great job, love it entirely

Yes, while 2.5 is ācompleteā in the sense that the game is fully beatable and every support included in that version has dialogue, I am currently working on a new version that overhauls the story essentially from the ground up in the Discord. So the version you see posted here is in fact ācompleteā, just not in a state I would find to be the best it can be.
