I’ve played your game up to chapter 20 and I don’t normally do this but I just need to tell you
I LOVED IT SO MUCH
It was honestly the most fun I ever had playing a rom hack and the story is so good!
I love all the mechanics and little things you added, the attention to detail really impressed me
And THE WRITING oh my god the writing is so good I can only aspire to be as good of a writer as you, the way you balance serious moments and comedic relief is brilliant
All the characters are so interesting I end up alternating teams so I can use most of them because I can’t pick a small group of favorites
That being said I do have a favorite character and that’s Lindros, he is best boy and his relationship with Pomelo is adorable
Anyways I hope you’re having a great time in life because you sure offered me a great time with this game!

Speaking of writing, I’ve procrastinated so hard on it that Cerulean Coast has now reached “gameplay complete”. I just have to write like fifteen chapters in a row for additional releases.

I was going to do a huge writing push after my exams finished and get Cerulean Coast done by FEE3, but something far more important has come up and that probably just ain’t happening.
Apologies to people following this project, but it is going on temporary hiatus until I can get a more important obligations done.
What’s the obligation, you ask? It’s getting 5 points in the “speed submission” category of the Super Hit Post Contest.

Finally. Progress. This update brings 3 new chapters and 2 more interludes, entering the final act. Originally, there was going to be back-to-back interludes but some good folk suggested I add a chapter in between for pacing reasons.
I don’t recall everything that changed, but some major additions are:
Thanks to Retina, prfs can now properly refresh instead of using my jank eventing system.
UI stuff happened.
Lindros can now act after siege lunging.
These two guys got prfs. They also happen to be infantry. Coincidence?
New budget easy mode.
Gold made a new Francisca mug.
Also, thanks to weird0 for finding like a billion typos. Very helpful stuff.

Had to push a quick fix.
Gil Goldfist is supposed to only join in 20x if Chixin is dead, but eventing issue causes him to join regardless which causes unit cap issues down the line.
