[FE7] Torch Staff not working

I was working on a map with Fog of War, and I tried to use the Torch Staff, but it only freezes the game.

Normal torches don’t have this problem though

Issue turned out to be garbage data being written to the torch staff effect routine. No idea how it got there. Problem solved.
