Patches that make the stat caps 30 without pesky graphical bugs!
In the dropbox link are patches for an unheadered and headered rom.

Note: I haven’t tested this with the TL patch yet

update: made an EA installer for it, and made it modular; you can change the caps to whatever you want them to be!(instructions in the readme)
